You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, leveraging data analytics to optimize ROI and scale our operations effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across paid media, social, and search channels.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve KPIs in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with product and sales departments to ensure seamless alignment of messaging and promotional calendars.
- Oversee the implementation of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing automation workflows.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and digital marketing platforms/partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO best practices.
- Proven ability to manage significant advertising budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in the B2B or manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
