Mutif Corporation is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital transformation and e-commerce growth. This strategic leadership role requires driving revenue expansion and brand elevation across multiple digital channels including marketplaces, paid advertising, affiliate programs, and live commerce platforms. You'll architect end-to-end digital strategies that maximize customer acquisition, conversion rates, and lifetime value while optimizing ROI across all digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in fashion e-commerce dynamics and proven success in scaling digital operations. You'll lead a high-performing team through data-driven decision making, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns across marketplaces, paid ads (SEM/PPC), affiliate networks, and live streaming commerce
- Drive e-commerce growth through conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
- Manage digital marketing budget with rigorous ROI tracking and performance reporting
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including content, creative, analytics, and tech specialists
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, and LTV
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align digital initiatives with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 7+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling e-commerce revenue in fashion/lifestyle industries
- Expertise in marketplace optimization (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and performance advertising
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing multi-channel budgets exceeding $500,000 USD
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
