Join Macquarie Group as the Head of Employee Relations for the Americas and lead transformative HR initiatives from our Indonesia hub. In this pivotal role, you will shape regional employee relations strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive compliance across diverse markets. You'll lead a dedicated team of HR professionals to proactively address complex employee issues, develop robust policies, and align HR practices with business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational change, enhance employee engagement, and represent Macquarie's commitment to excellence in talent management across the Americas region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and develop a regional employee relations team, setting performance metrics and driving continuous improvement
  • Design and implement proactive ER strategies to mitigate risks and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development initiatives and change management
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies across Americas operations
  • Drive employee engagement programs and retention strategies aligned with business goals
  • Partner with HRBP teams to deliver integrated people solutions and support business units

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive employee relations experience with 5+ years in leadership role
  • Proven expertise in Americas labor regulations and cross-cultural HR practices
  • Strong track record in managing complex ER cases and investigations
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
