Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all engineering functions including R&D, product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company growth objectives and market trends
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to production launch for motorcycle and commercial vehicle models
- Drive innovation in engineering processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, marketing) to ensure seamless product integration
- Manage engineering budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize operational effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence through team development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in product development for automotive or manufacturing industries
- Strong expertise in motorcycle or commercial vehicle engineering and manufacturing processes
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in managing large-scale engineering projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead diverse technical teams
- Experience with engineering software (CAD/CAE), PLM systems, and industry 4.0 technologies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
