We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations in a fast-growing digital asset and fintech environment. This is a pivotal leadership role that will shape our financial strategy and ensure robust fiscal management as we scale.
As Head of Finance, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in Malaysia's evolving fintech landscape. You will work closely with C-suite executives to drive strategic decisions that support our growth objectives.

This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a key member of the leadership team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance activities
- Provide strategic guidance on investment decisions, capital structure, and risk management
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to board members and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic planning
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with digital assets, fintech, or cryptocurrency is highly advantageous
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and ERP software
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
