Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to support aggressive business growth.
- Manage the claims recovery process to maximize revenue efficiency and minimize financial leakage.
- Prepare precise, actionable monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to optimize departmental budgeting and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proven track record of building financial processes and internal control frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into business strategy.
