Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the finance team, setting performance objectives and providing mentorship
- Own the P&L, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and objectives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
- Identify and implement opportunities for financial optimization and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA qualification preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the aged care or healthcare industry is highly desirable
