ECCO is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to join our executive leadership team. This pivotal role will drive financial excellence and operational efficiency across our global footwear and leather goods operations. As a key decision-maker, you'll shape our financial strategy, optimize resource allocation, and ensure sustainable growth in the Indonesian market. You'll lead financial planning, risk management, and compliance initiatives while partnering with C-suite executives to align financial objectives with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in scaling finance operations for multinational companies and a passion for fostering a culture of financial accountability and innovation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support business expansion and operational excellence
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Oversee treasury operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Drive digital transformation in finance systems and data analytics capabilities
- Manage and mentor high-performing finance teams across multiple locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A activities and strategic investments
- Implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in financial management for multinational corporations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (PSAK) and IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in scaling finance operations for retail/manufacturing sectors
