As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the company through rigorous oversight and proactive planning.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial spectrum, ranging from daily cash flow management and treasury functions to high-level financial reporting and long-term business forecasting. The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner to the leadership team, providing deep-dive financial analysis to drive informed decision-making and optimizing fiscal performance across all business units.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
- Oversee all financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow analysis, and liquidity to optimize capital allocation.
- Drive the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function to provide actionable business insights to executive stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control policies to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards (PSAK), and local statutory requirements.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and complex cash flow management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing finance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into business strategy.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel modeling.
