Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement robust internal controls
- Manage financial reporting and analysis for executive decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA qualification required
- Minimum 10 years finance experience with 5+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in financial planning and strategic analysis
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
