Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and coordinate external audits
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance teams
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and business strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in F&B industry or consumer goods sector
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
