As the Head of Finance & Accounting, you will partner closely with the CEO and executive board to steer the financial direction of the company. You will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, compliance, and reporting. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Malaysian corporate landscape, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct all financial and accounting operations for the Malaysia business unit.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial health.
- Ensure strict compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
- Optimize internal controls, streamline financial processes, and lead the finance team towards high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, taxation laws, and reporting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning, cost optimization, and driving business profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in modern financial ERP systems and advanced financial modeling.
