Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations, accounting functions, and treasury management
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX requirements
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Drive process optimization and implementation of ERP systems
- Mentor and develop finance team capabilities through leadership
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred
- Minimum 10 years finance experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax codes
- Proven experience in multinational corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives
