Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Finance & Accounting department in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international financial reporting standards.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
- Drive FP&A initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience working in a multinational or international corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of local tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
