Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's long-term goals and growth objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS/PSAK, and timely delivery of financial statements to key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance policies to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional development and a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to optimize business performance, drive profitability, and enhance decision-making.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (corporate, income, VAT, etc.) and optimize tax planning strategies.
- Act as a key business partner to other departments, providing financial expertise and support for strategic projects and operational initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Finance, Financial Controller) within a large enterprise or conglomerate.
- Proven track record in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide a diverse finance team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, coupled with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is required.
