Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire finance function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize financial workflows and reduce costs.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Present financial performance reports to the executive board.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong working knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing audits and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on strategic decision-making.
