PT Jaya Abadi Karya Utama is currently seeking a visionary and highly analytical Head of Finance, Accounting, and Tax to lead our financial operations in Tangerang Selatan. In this critical leadership role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive management team, ensuring the fiscal health, compliance, and growth of our organization.
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in corporate finance, deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, and a proven ability to optimize cash flow management. You will oversee a high-performing team and be responsible for driving financial reporting accuracy, internal controls, and long-term tax planning strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to optimize corporate cash flow and liquidity.
- Lead the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Oversee all corporate tax planning, calculations, and regulatory filings to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support informed business decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Implement and refine internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA, CPA, or CFA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and corporate tax reporting).
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
