Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the long-term growth of Magnet Integra Solutions.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian taxation and regulatory standards.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights through detailed variance analysis and cash flow management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and professional development.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure audit compliance across all financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and MS Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and IFRS/PSAK standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial risks and drive organizational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership skills with the capability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
