Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead the finance and administration teams, providing mentorship and guidance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Optimize financial processes and implement cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is preferred
