Join our dynamic team as the Head of Global Payroll & Tax Compliance, a pivotal leadership role driving operational excellence in multinational payroll processing and regulatory adherence. You'll spearhead the design and implementation of scalable payroll systems across 15+ countries, ensuring seamless integration with local tax legislation while maintaining global consistency. This strategic position requires deep expertise in international tax frameworks, payroll automation, and cross-border compliance management. You'll lead a high-performing team of payroll professionals, optimize cost structures through process innovation, and serve as the primary compliance liaison for internal and external stakeholders. - Design and execute global payroll strategies ensuring compliance with 50+ international tax jurisdictions
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 10,000+ employees across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
- Develop robust tax compliance frameworks for global workforce expansion in emerging markets
- Drive digital transformation of payroll systems, implementing AI-driven automation solutions
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and government regulatory bodies
- Lead cross-functional projects for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring payroll operations
- Establish KPIs and analytics dashboards for payroll efficiency and compliance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years in global payroll management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent global tax compliance credential
- Expert knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax laws (US, EU, APAC) and payroll automation systems
- Proven experience managing payroll teams of 15+ professionals across multiple continents
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated complex system implementation experience
- Exceptional analytical abilities with expertise in payroll audit and risk mitigation
