Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Corner House.
- Oversee and manage a comprehensive talent acquisition process, from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of high-caliber individuals.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans, to foster continuous growth and high performance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Champion a positive and engaging workplace culture, fostering open communication, diversity, and inclusion.
- Provide strategic HR insights and advice to senior management on organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CHRP) is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in a senior HR leadership role, with at least 3-5 years as a Head of HR or HR Manager, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HR analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
