Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding and retention
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and compliance with labor regulations
- Lead legal affairs including contract management, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance
- Design and administer compensation/benefit packages aligned with industry benchmarks
- Drive organizational development initiatives including training programs and succession planning
- Ensure workplace safety policies and legal compliance in all HR operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive HR/Legal experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, UU Ketenagakerjaan) and healthcare regulations
- Proven leadership experience managing HR teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal/HR regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or legal certification preferred
