Are you a strategic leader with a strong foundation in both human resources and legal compliance? PT BIA Senyum Sehat Indah is seeking a visionary Head of HR and Legal to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring our legal operations are robust and compliant with industry standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment. As the Head of HR and Legal, you will bridge the gap between our workforce and regulatory requirements, fostering a positive workplace while mitigating legal risks. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's growth and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.
  • Oversee legal compliance, including contract management, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent for the clinic.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development programs to enhance workforce engagement.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, policies, and employment contracts.
  • Implement performance management systems and conduct training to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and healthcare regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) or Human Resource Management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or corporate sector.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and corporate legal frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure clinic environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and legal documentation software is a plus.
