Join Elitez Group as our Head of HR COE and lead the strategic direction of human resources for our international business operations. This is the highest HR leadership role within our Jakarta-based group, offering unparalleled influence over talent strategy, organizational development, and HR innovation. You'll drive transformation initiatives, design scalable HR frameworks, and partner with global executives to align talent strategies with business objectives. As a key architect of our HR ecosystem, you'll champion employee experience, diversity, and inclusion while ensuring operational excellence across the COE.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the HR Center of Excellence (COE) to develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive HR transformation initiatives including digitalization, process optimization, and service delivery model innovation
- Oversee talent management frameworks including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management systems
- Design and manage compensation & benefits programs that attract and retain top international talent
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations while maintaining alignment with global HR policies
- Partner with C-suite executives on organizational development, change management, and cultural initiatives
- Lead and develop the HR COE team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's with extensive experience considered)
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven expertise in establishing and scaling HR COEs or shared services environments
- Strong background in international HR operations, cross-cultural management, and global mobility
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in driving HR transformation and digital initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued
- Experience in multinational corporations with demonstrated impact on business outcomes through HR leadership
