Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs for 500+ employees
- Oversee organizational design, performance management, and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with C-suite on HR transformation and digital workforce initiatives
- Manage HR operations including compensation, benefits, and learning systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in Food Manufacturing or Retail industry
- Expertise in Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and HR compliance
- Strategic planning and organizational development skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven HR decision making
- Experience managing HRIS systems and digital transformation
