- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HC Business Partners supporting diverse business units
- Design and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational growth goals
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development programs critical for digital transformation
- Enhance employee engagement through innovative HR programs and culture-building initiatives
- Oversee performance management systems and succession planning frameworks
- Implement HR analytics to inform data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership on organizational development strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with minimum 5 years in leadership role
- Proven track record in HC Business Partnering across multiple business units
- Expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and business data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience implementing HR technology and digital transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements
