Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience with minimum 5 years in leadership role
  • Proven track record in HC Business Partnering across multiple business units
  • Expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and business data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience implementing HR technology and digital transformation initiatives
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements
