The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly capable Head of Human Resource, General Affairs & IT to lead and integrate our people strategy, administrative operations, and digital infrastructure. Your Strategic Mandate
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the holistic management of three critical pillars of the organisation. As the Head of HR, you will shape the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and performance management to succession planning and employee relations. As the Head of General Affairs, you will ensure seamless operational support, facility management, and corporate governance compliance. As the Head of IT, you will lead digital transformation, manage technology partnerships, and safeguard our information assets. This is a highly influential position where your strategic decisions will directly impact the bottom line and long-term sustainability of the business.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives, covering talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Oversee General Affairs functions including office administration, facility management, asset management, travel and logistics, and corporate governance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership to the IT department, driving digital transformation, ERP/HRIS optimisation, cybersecurity frameworks, and the overarching technology roadmap.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the executive leadership team, advising on workforce planning, change management, industrial relations, and organisational design.
- Champion a high-performance culture by designing and implementing innovative employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for HR, GA, and IT departments, ensuring effective resource allocation and measurable return on investment for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, proactively mitigating operational and legal risks.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of professionals, fostering a collaborative, agile, and high-accountability environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masterās degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PMP, CISA) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing HR, General Affairs, and/or IT functions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic people and operational initiatives in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong understanding of IT management, digital transformation, and cybersecurity best practices, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to influence at the C-suite and board level.
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian employment law, industrial relations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset, with strong financial acumen for managing departmental P&L.
- Previous experience in the automotive, manufacturing, retail, or multinational corporate environment is a distinct advantage.
