Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and international HR best practices
- Experience leading transformational HR initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Advanced certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
