Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for property management teams
- Oversee employee relations, performance management systems, and compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations
- Drive organizational development initiatives and cultural transformation
- Manage HR budget, analytics, and reporting for leadership decision-making
- Lead HR technology implementation and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in property management or real estate industry
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strategic planning and organizational development expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
