- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for key positions
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building initiatives and communication strategies
- Ensure HR compliance with Philippine labor laws and industry regulations
- Lead organizational development programs and succession planning
- Manage HR budget and resource allocation effectively
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance frameworks
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Certified HR Professional (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-SCP designation
