We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our people strategy at PT Teman Perempuan Sehati. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management, from strategic planning to daily operations. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about fostering a positive organizational culture, ensuring employee well-being, and driving the implementation of robust HR policies. You will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, aligning our workforce with the company's long-term goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (UU 13/2003, PP 35/2021) and internal company policies.
- Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning programs.
- Manage the HR budget, including compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Implement HRIS systems and streamline HR operational workflows for efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
