Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with retail business objectives and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while establishing performance metrics and development plans
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for retail operations
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, compensation structures, and performance management systems
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while mitigating legal risks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
