This pivotal role offers the opportunity to architect and optimize our entire supply chain ecosystem, from international procurement to last-mile delivery. You'll lead strategic initiatives to streamline import operations, revolutionize warehousing processes, and establish a scalable B2B wholesale distribution network across Bali and beyond. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end import logistics solutions, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance
- Oversee warehousing operations, optimizing inventory management, storage capacity, and order fulfillment efficiency
- Develop and execute B2B wholesale distribution strategy, channel partnerships, and sales expansion plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop logistics teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Establish KPIs for supply chain performance and implement data-driven optimization initiatives
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, import duties, and international trade laws
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in import/export logistics, warehousing, and wholesale distribution
- Proven track record building logistics operations from ground up in retail or beauty industry
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures, import regulations, and trade compliance
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain software (ERP, WMS) and data analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Korean language skills highly advantageous
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance operational efficiency with business growth objectives
