Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in import/export management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in food marketing and brand development
- Expertise in data analytics and market research methodologies
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Exceptional strategic planning and team management skills
- Experience managing budgets over IDR 10 billion annually
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools
