Join Macquarie Group as the Head of Inclusion, EMEA, and spearhead our strategic initiatives to build a diverse and equitable workplace across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This senior leadership role requires you to embed inclusive practices throughout talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce reviews, ensuring our organizational culture reflects our commitment to diversity at all levels. You will partner with business leaders to dismantle barriers, implement evidence-based inclusion strategies, and drive measurable progress against diversity metrics. As a key architect of our D&I framework, you'll develop programs that empower underrepresented groups, foster psychological safety, and cultivate belonging across global teams. Your expertise will directly influence Macquarie's reputation as an employer of choice in the financial services sector while aligning inclusion initiatives with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Design and execute the EMEA inclusion strategy aligned with global D&I goals and regional cultural contexts
- Lead end-to-end inclusive talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, promotion, and retention frameworks
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop succession planning that prioritizes diversity in leadership pipelines
- Conduct comprehensive workforce reviews using data analytics to identify inclusion gaps and opportunities
- Develop and implement training programs focused on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence
- Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track inclusion progress and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Advocate for policy changes that promote equitable access to opportunities across all levels
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of progressive experience in inclusion, diversity, or senior HR leadership roles within multinational organizations
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful D&I initiatives in EMEA markets
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies that prioritize diversity and reduce bias in hiring processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret diversity data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience developing succession frameworks that ensure diverse representation in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances across EMEA regions and ability to adapt inclusion strategies accordingly
- Certification in Diversity & Inclusion or related field preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD)
