As the Head of Industrial Relations & Compliance at Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across all operations. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in labor laws, employee relations, and compliance frameworks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that foster positive employer-employee relationships while ensuring adherence to Indonesian labor regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues, conducting effective negotiations, and driving compliance initiatives that mitigate risk and enhance organizational effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive industrial relations strategies to foster positive employer-employee relationships
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Lead negotiations with labor unions and employee representatives on collective bargaining agreements
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and management
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance risks and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial relations and compliance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in managing labor relations and union negotiations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification in HR or compliance is highly desirable
