Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Din Tai Fung’s business objectives and long-term digital growth roadmap.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust enterprise infrastructure, including POS, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional IT team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Drive digital transformation projects to optimize restaurant operations, supply chain logistics, and guest engagement platforms.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Establish and enforce stringent cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans to protect proprietary data and business continuity.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify technology-driven opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, preferably within the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record in driving large-scale digital transformation projects and managing complex enterprise IT architectures.
- Deep expertise in POS systems, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), ERP implementation, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to communicate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a history of building and managing high-performing, agile technology teams.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
