KNS Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Legal to lead our legal department and safeguard our growing interests across multiple business sectors. In this senior leadership role, you will be the primary legal advisor to the executive board, responsible for steering the company through complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring robust corporate governance.
As Head of Legal, you will oversee a wide range of critical functions, from managing high-stakes contracts and permits to mitigating operational risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all legal aspects of the company's operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws, commercial regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, including partnerships, joint ventures, and service contracts.
- Manage government relations, licensing, and permit acquisition processes efficiently.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to the executive team on risk management and business development opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the internal legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory hearings when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.Hum) from a top-tier university, preferably with a Master of Law (Magister Hukum).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in legal management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in corporate law, compliance, and commercial contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal frameworks, including Company Law, Labor Law, and Investment Law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve disputes effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
