Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end M&E construction projects from conceptualization to completion
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to BCA regulations and industry safety standards
- Implement BIM methodologies for enhanced project coordination and documentation
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to meet project specifications
- Drive innovation in sustainable M&E construction practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10+ years in M&E construction with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven experience with data centres, M&E-intensive facilities, or hospitality projects
- Expert knowledge of BIM tools and BCA regulatory requirements
- Strong project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2)
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Track record of delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints
