Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand equity and market share.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across digital, PR, and offline channels to drive ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns and creative content.
- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing.
- Develop and manage strong PR relationships to enhance brand presence and corporate reputation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and operations departments to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in driving brand growth and managing significant marketing budgets.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and digital marketing landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
- Experience in the F&B or retail industry is highly preferred.
