PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi is seeking a high-impact Head of Marketing to drive aggressive growth for our POS, PPOB, and E-wallet product suite. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that bridges the gap between B2B merchant acquisition and B2C user adoption.
We are looking for a data-obsessed growth hacker who understands the nuances of the Indonesian digital payment landscape. You will oversee brand positioning, multi-channel digital campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives, ensuring that our products reach every corner of the market. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy to increase market share for POS, PPOB, and E-wallet products.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs in user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Manage performance marketing budgets across digital channels (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Performance Ads) to ensure high ROI.
- Bridge the gap between B2B sales and B2C marketing to create a cohesive brand presence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales departments to drive customer lifetime value (CLV) and churn reduction.
- Manage partnerships and marketing collaborations to amplify brand reach within the local ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian payment ecosystem (POS, PPOB, E-wallet).
- Demonstrated expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
