We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing & Communication to lead our strategic marketing initiatives at CV Sumber Berkat Abadi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand narrative of Toko Damai, driving customer engagement, and ensuring sustainable business growth in the competitive market of Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara.
As the Head of Department, you will oversee the entire marketing lifecycle—from strategic planning and market research to execution and performance analysis. You will build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments to align sales and operations, and manage the annual marketing budget to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive brand awareness.
- Lead the brand management process, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and SEO to boost online presence.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotional activities and event management.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching marketing campaigns and increasing brand awareness.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
