Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to boost sales performance on TikTok and Shopee.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including content planning, influencer collaboration, and livestream coordination.
- Analyze real-time sales data and advertising metrics to optimize ROI and ROAS.
- Identify emerging market trends and consumer behaviors to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage budgets for paid social media advertising and platform-specific promotional tools.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in E-commerce management (specifically TikTok Shop and Shopee).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and social commerce.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales reports and platform analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and influencer management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
