- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives and vision.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI across all channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development and Sales departments to ensure marketing activities directly support sales targets and product lifecycle goals.
- Oversee brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints and market segments.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Drive the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager capacity.
- Strong background in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports to make informed strategic decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
