Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Lead and mentor the sales and customer service teams to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize the sales funnel from lead acquisition to closing, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Design and implement customer success programs to increase loyalty and minimize churn.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operational workflows and improve cross-functional communication.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business forecasts for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in senior management roles spanning Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven expertise in CRM tools and digital marketing analytics platforms.
