Are you a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and a passion for leading digital transformation? Arisamandiri Pratama is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of MIS to anchor our technology landscape in Demak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Management Information System (MIS) function, ensuring the stability and optimization of our SAP S/4HANA environment, and spearheading custom development initiatives to drive business efficiency.
As the Head of MIS, you will act as the bridge between technical infrastructure and operational requirements. You will not only manage system performance but also mentor a technical team, ensuring our enterprise applications align with our long-term growth objectives. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves for ABAP development while maintaining a high-level view of system architecture and data integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire MIS department, ensuring high system availability and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert-level administration and configuration support for the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Perform hands-on ABAP programming, including custom report development, module enhancement, and interface integration.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage system upgrades, patch installations, and security protocols to ensure continuous system reliability.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and implement digital solutions to streamline operations.
- Lead and mentor junior developers and IT support staff to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP systems, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Advanced proficiency in ABAP development (User Exits, BAPI, BDC, ALE/IDoc, and Web Dynpro).
- Proven track record in a leadership or management role within an IT department.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to be based in Demak, Jawa Tengah.
