Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Law with 10+ years of legal leadership experience
- Proven track record in multi-business conglomerate environments
- Expertise in Indonesian corporate law and regulatory frameworks
- Strong board-level advisory and governance experience
- Certified Advocate (Advokat) with Bar membership
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
- Strategic thinker with risk mitigation expertise
