Join Pengiklan Anonim as a Senior Legal Officer and become a pivotal force in our legal operations. In this critical role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of legal agreementsâincluding contracts, leases, and corporate governance documentsâensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations while protecting the company's interests. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks, provide strategic counsel on business initiatives, and maintain robust legal documentation systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, service agreements, and corporate governance documents
- Ensure legal compliance with Indonesian national and regional regulations
- Advise business stakeholders on legal risks and regulatory requirements
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal/termination
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on emerging legal issues
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Law degree (S.H.) from accredited Indonesian university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law or legal consulting
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Admission to Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) preferred
