Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the surgical suite.
- Oversee the daily operations and staffing schedules of the nursing department to ensure seamless patient care.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, infection control measures, and quality assurance standards in all surgical procedures.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and medical directors to optimize surgical workflows and patient outcomes.
- Manage departmental budgets, including inventory, supplies, and equipment procurement.
- Act as the primary liaison between the nursing staff and hospital administration regarding policy changes and operational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in surgical nursing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Registered Nurse (Nakes) with a valid Indonesian Nursing License (NPI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1) is required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Strong clinical expertise in perioperative care, anesthesiology support, and post-operative recovery.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing high-stress environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (proficiency in both is a plus).
