- Lead and mentor the planning team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and inventory management systems
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and cost control
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain departments
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational processes

- Report operational performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics planning environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, planning software (SAP, Oracle), and data analytics
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate complex data into actionable plans
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team development and mentoring experience
- Deep understanding of supply chain optimization, inventory control, and demand forecasting
